Get Outside-
Musk Ox Farm- Open 7 days a week, this farm harvests the soft under-wool of musk ox once a year and delivered to Oomingmak,
an Alaskan native knitter's co-operative.
Reindeer Farm- You can feed reindeer and see other Alaskan animals. There are horseback rides, tours, and a gift shop.
Independence Mine State Historical Park- Great park to take kids to run around with beautiful views.
Iditarod Headquarters- Learn about the Iditarod history and take a trail sled dog ride! These rides are only offered during summer time.
Havemeister Dairy Farm- remains the only working dairy farm still in existence from the original
colony days. Tour the

Pyrah’s Pioneer Peak U-Pick
Farm- Pick fresh Alaskan grown veggies from the vine! Located near Palmer at Mile 2.6 Bodenburg
Loop, they grow more than 35 different kinds of veggies. Prices are by the pound, and hours of operation

Museum Of Alaska Transportation and Industry- The museum gives a home to the transportation and industrial
remnants and to tell the stories of the people and the machines that opened Alaska to exploration and growth.
Denali Gymastics-They offer classes from 18 months
to preschoolers, check out the schedule on their site.
